Την ανάπτυξη όπλων που θα μετατρέπουν τους ανθρώπους σε «ζόμπι» ενέκρινε ο νεοεκλεγείς Πρόεδρος της Ρωσίας, Βλαντίμιρ Πούτιν, αναφέρει η εφημερίδα Mail on Sunday. Τα όπλα θα επιτίθενται στο κεντρικό νευρικό σύστημα των θυμάτων και πιστεύεται ότι θα επηρεάζουν τα κύτταρα του εγκεφάλου και θα αλλάζουν την ψυχολογική κατάσταση των θυμάτων.

Η εξέλιξη αυτή ανακοινώθηκε την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα από τον υπουργό Άμυνας της Ρωσίας, Ανατόλι Σερντγιούκοφ.

Επιστήμονες έχουν ήδη ξεκινήσει τις προσπάθειες να αναπτύξουν αυτό το όπλο.

Πηγές στη Μόσχα αναφέρουν ότι τα όπλα θα χρησιμοποιούν ηλεκτρομαγνητική ακτινοβολία, όπως αυτή που χρησιμοποιούν οι φούρνοι μικροκυμάτων, και ότι θα αποτελούν «νέα εργαλεία για την επίτευξη πολιτικών και στρατηγικών στόχων».

Όπως ανέφερε ο ίδιος ο Βλαντίμιρ Πούτιν -σύμφωνα με την Mail on Sunday- «τα υψηλής τεχνολογίας οπλικά συστήματα θα είναι συγκρίσιμα σε ισχύ με τα πυρηνικά όπλα, αλλά θα είναι περισσότερο αποδεκτά από την άποψη της πολιτικής και στρατιωτικής ιδεολογίας».

Λεπτομέρειες για το νέο όπλο δεν έχουν γίνει γνωστές.

Ωστόσο, έρευνες έχουν δείξει ότι χαμηλής συχνότητας κύματα ή ακτίνες μπορούν να επηρεάσουν τα κύτταρα του εγκεφάλου, να αλλάξουν ψυχολογικές καταστάσεις, ενώ καθιστούν δυνατή τη μετάδοση υποδείξεων και εντολών απευθείας στη διαδικασία σκέψης κάποιου.

Η βρετανική εφημερίδα αναφέρει ότι τα ψυχοτρονικά αυτά όπλα θα μπορούσαν να χρησιμοποιηθούν μέχρι το τέλος της δεκαετίας σε ανθρώπους που θεωρούνται εχθροί της Ρωσίας, αλλά και σε αντιφρονούντες.

Έχω την αίσθηση,πως αυτά τα <όπλα> είναι ήδη σε λειτουργία...δε θα πω ,καλά κάνει,ένα ακόμη πιόνι είναι...

Κανει το καλυτερο για την χωρα του.
Αν ο εχθρος εχει τετοιες τεχνολογιες αναγκαστηκα πρέπει να τις αναπτυξει κι αυτος.
ειναι πολιτικος ρεαλισμος απλα.

Αυτό υπάρχει από παλιά στην Ρωσία και το απέκτησαν και άλλα κράτη με ολέθρια αποτελέσματα.
Έχει το αρκτικόλεξο ΚΚ και με μια δυο συνεδρίες πραγματικά χάνεις το μπούσουλα.

Bearden says that scalar beams can also be used to induce diseases by mimicking disease patterns or ‘signatures’ by recreating them on the scalar carriers. These are called ‘quantum potential weapons’. Especially designed biological effects can be used for attacking any population with various diseases, even multiple diseases together. He lists effects to induce instantaneous death, heart seizure, severe emotional disruption, loss of control of internal functions, diseases, disabling of the immune system and even the implantation of thoughts, emotions or ideas interpreted as a targeted subject as their own. There is also a suicide vibration which has been used to get rid of people, with no evidence. 10 Hz is the wavelength used by intelligence agencies to hypnotize, so mass hypnosis can be induced in a whole population with subliminal words added into their own language. This can be used for voting. Bearden says that almost any kind of cellular death and disease can be electromagnetically transmitted by scalar beams using ultraviolet to infrared frequencies. He writes that photons themselves can carry death and disease between cells. Scalar EM technology allows the synthesis of the actual potential pattern of the biochemistry cells. This can be made to produce a particular cellular disease or death mechanism and even activate genetically latent diseases. Evidence has been found of manufactured symptoms and resultant cellular death, from nuclear radiation, chemical poisoning, bacterial infection, as well as symptoms of drug induced hallucinations.
