this is not true. the NWO is created by PEOPLE.Is the result

companies and powerful persons with some common but also with lot
of opposite interests,
Their always be in the history of the humanity some
"world orders" which was new orders
in versus with the older world orders. lets remember the "pax romana" at the times of roman empire.
or the cold war.
but also there always be different interests in this world orders (empire vs senate)
in the roman empire or generals vs generals who claimed the throne of the empire.
This opposite interests always have as result the increment of the entropy within the system
and eventually the falling of the empire (any type of empire).
