Once upon a time, God had a minor problem with his sleep. He entered the conference room determined to solve the problem once and for all. His sons were already sitting there waiting. A young female human served them coffee and disappeared closing the door behind her.

"The humans are disturbing my sleep," he said after taking a swig from his cup. "They multiply too fast. They are too many and out of control. We must do something. I want you to find a permanent solution to this problem."

"But father," the archangel Michael said, "we need them in the underground mines to dig the gold for us. That's why we created them."

"That's true," the archangel Gabriel said, "but remember – it was not us who created them. It was Enki, the Serpent, as he is also known. We just wanted dumb workers with no ability to procreate. Now they are far more than we need in the mines. They are much curious and ambitious too. We could use some weapons, if you like."

"But we do not wish to desolate our own land, son" God said. "Besides, that would alert some other gods – my brother Enki, for example."
